酒店前台接待礼貌用语和怎么样与客人对话

首先,你是在什么酒店呢,每个酒店都应该会有一个自己的流程的。

不同的酒店会稍微有所不同的噢,只要你去了,就会有相应的小培训的,所以这些不需要太担心。

至于应付突发状况,刚去的你, 一般是只有旁观的份的,多看看前辈们怎么做,然后自己学噢。

接电话的礼貌用语无非就是接电话时:您好,XX酒店;结束时说感谢来电之类的;五星级酒店的话接电话时一般会先英文后中文的。

恩,大致是这些噢,如果是一些小型的酒店就没有太苛刻的要求了。

至于客人么,各种情况都有, 一般的话,刁钻的客户还是很少啦,要乐观一些啦。
